He oversees emergency services, a clinical decision unit, and behavioural health, with a strong focus on improving patient outcomes, safety, and operational efficiency while strengthening staff retention. A Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared leader, Jason is a certified Emergency Nurse and Nurse Executive Advanced, with a proven track record across Level I trauma and specialty centres. He is currently leading the rollout of a standardised emergency nurse residency programme to build a sustainable, high-performing workforce pipeline
