Anne Schletty
Director, Staff Engagement Mayo Clinic
Anne Schletty is the Director for Staff Engagement in the Department of Medicine at Mayo Clinic. Since joining Mayo Clinic in 2002, she has held multiple leadership roles across Human Resources and the Department of Medicine. In her current role, Anne leads strategies focused on talent development, recruitment, staff engagement, and belonging.
With more than two decades of experience at Mayo Clinic, Anne designs scalable, high-impact programs that connect individual purpose with organizational strategy. Her work supports career development, strengthens engagement, and helps foster inclusive, high-performing communities. She also serves as chair of Mayo Clinic’s Values Integration Committee.
Anne earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Winona State University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. She is also an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.
